At Loom Collection, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or store credit.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, assembly hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
